Westall Timber, located in Springvale, Victoria have been supplying builders and DIYers with timber and hardware products for over 40 years, including Webeam’s e-joist and e-beam. They pride themselves on their customer service and ‘happy to help’ attitude and consider this very similar to the experience they receive working with Wesbeam.
Westall Timber Account Manager Rocky Di Paolo says “Over the five years that we’ve been working with Wesbeam we’ve built a great relationship based on a strong understanding of each other and the businesses. Westall Timber utilise Wesbeam’s free Design Centre service to assist their customers. Rocky says, “Any question we’ve had has been answered right away.”
The relationship between Westall and Wesbeam developed even further as Rocky and his team won Wesbeam’s HBT Members competition and were flown to Perth to experience the Wesbeam LVL factory firsthand earlier this year.
Rocky says, “It was sensational to see how the world-class production facility runs. I was blown away with the processes and it provided us with a much greater understanding of exactly how LVL is made.”
Whilst in WA, our winners also enjoyed a day at Rottnest Island and relaxed at wineries in Perth’s beautiful Swan Valley.
