Wesbeam e-frame [floor] is an engineered solution for traditional subfloor framing over a 1.8m grid using;

  • 450mm or 600mm centre line spacing of joists
  • 1.8m centre line spacing of bearers on piers
  • Piers spaced at 1.8m (1.2m to external perimeter with tile roof over)

e-frame [floor] is e2S termite treated providing a robust barrier to termite attack in above ground applications.

Installation & Maintenance

General: How to handle and store your Wesbeam Laminated Veneer Lumber products.

  1. Wesbeam Laminated Veneer Lumber should be stored well clear of the ground on level bearers spaced at maximum 1800mm centres
  2. It should be covered to keep dry but still allowing for ventilation
  3. Avoid placing LVL over areas susceptible to ponding.
