That’s why we’re now publishing a full set of LVL Characteristic Values for Design Criteria for our popular products e-beam and e-beam+ [F17].
Using this newly-available data allows engineers to use first principle analysis to design outside the standard span table applications and create more complex structures whilst still ensuring strength, serviceability and performance efficiency.
The new downloadable data sheets give critical values for characteristic design strength and stiffness, including; compression and tension strength, shear and bending strength, and bearing strength, Modulus of elasticity along with other useful information.
