e-purlin and e-strut are designed to make building stick roofs easier.

Purpose engineered, they have greater strength and uniformity than timber and are comparatively lighter, making them safer and easier to work with.

e-purlin has also been engineered to enable greater strut spacing, creating stronger roofs using less material. e-purlin therefore reduces the need for steel strutting beams and the costs associated with lifting and fixing them.

These products have been developed specifically to meet the needs of builders in Western Australia. The products address all the key areas that builders tell Wesbeam are important to them when considering building materials. They perform consistently, are easy and safe to work with, and offer the builder cost savings by reducing the amount of material needed when constructing a roof.

Wesbeam offers to review builders’ plans to demonstrate how substituting e-purlin and e-strut for traditional materials can reduce the overall cost of constructing a stick roof.

Wesbeam e-purlins are available in lengths from 3m to 10.8m, with longer lengths available as special manufacture.

The e-struts are available in lengths from 3.6m to 4.5m.
