Dee Atkinson | State Manager - Queensland

Working alongside our national operations manager, Dee also receives daily deliveries of our LVL and LVL I-joist from our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Neerabup, WA.

Dee joined the Wesbeam sales team in 2019, swiftly climbing the ranks and leaving her mark on the Queensland construction industry. With over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, distribution, and LVL products, Dee leads our Queensland Sales team.

Managing our skilled QLD sales and operations teams, Dee ensures a positive momentum for the Queensland market, ensuring timely delivery of our high-quality LVL products.

Working closely with our national operations manager, Dee oversees daily deliveries from our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Neerabup, WA. Our customers can rely on Dee for daily customer satisfaction, consistent supply security, and technical support.

Greg Downie | Senior Account Manager

Greg brought his expansive knowledge of LVL products and the timber and hardware industry to Wesbeam in October 2017. He has been a key part of our success in Queensland ever since. Overseeing product offerings and order completion, Greg ensures our customers' needs are met and maintains relationships with our largest customers.

Alongside Dee, Ben and Brendon, Greg continues to pursue excellent customer service for Wesbeam’s Queensland customers.

Ben Weckert | Business Development Manager

Joining Wesbeam in June 2022 with over 17 years of experience in the timber and hardware industry, Ben plays a crucial role in maintaining our relationships with our key customers and builders.

Working alongside Dee, Greg and Brendon, Ben has assisted in effectively delivering our Australian-manufactured LVL to the east coast residential building market. He has applied his knowledge of EWP and building products to our Queensland operation and brought a diverse range of sales experience to the team.

Brendon Hamerston | Business Development Manager

With over 20 years of experience, Brendon Hamerston is a respected name in the timber industry. He commands a wealth of knowledge and understanding of LVL products with over 20 years of experience. The Queensland Sales team have welcomed Brendon as our latest addition to the team.

As our newly appointed Business Development Manager, he leads growth and ensures customer satisfaction.

Working alongside Dee, Ben and Greg, Brendon continues to guarantee a consistent supply of our LVL products and meet the needs of our supporting builders and customers.
